Foundation projects vary immensely in size and requirements. DFI has a skilled team of civil engineers backed by years of field experience and state-of-the-art equipment for our clients to rely on. Our team assesses geotechnical data, structural needs, and develops a static and/or dynamic load testing program, enabling our field engineers to then execute the pile testing program using DFI’s pile installation equipment. We follow up with a report including recommendations and/or pile design assessment. We can test both driven and helical piles, or foundations that include a combination of the two.
Our team is able to perform static load testing up to 350 tons and deliver frames suited for compression, tension, and lateral testing. We also have two fully stocked vehicles with state-of-the-art pile dynamic analysis (PDA) equipment for use in the field.
DFI engineers perform load testing on site to confirm pile capacity, which is monitored in real-time as the pile is driven. We are also able to perform quality control checks on the pile once it has been installed. Our team can then validate the accuracy of pile design by determining the ultimate capacity of the pile.
