Job Duties and Expectations
- Operate company crew truck for travel to and from work sites.
- Operate ancillary equipment on work sites such as wheel loaders and skid steers.
- Load and unload materials.
- Lay-out piling material and rig-up for pile installation.
- Aid drill operator with positioning drill and removing drill tailings.
- Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment.
- Assist operator to secure attachments to equipment.
- Practice proper rigging techniques.
- Practice proper, legal load securement at all times.
- Assist operator with proper daily care and maintenance of equipment
- Participate in safety meetings.
- Adhere to all policies and instructions provided in DFI Operating Manuals and standard work procedures.
- Maintain a positive public image of the company with appropriate personal conduct and by operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- CLASS 5 DRIVERS LICENSE
- PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND PRE-ACCESS DRUG TEST
- ABILITY TO WORK OUT OF TOWN FOR EXTENDED PERIODS
